On 4 November 2022, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Somdech Rungsrisawat, the Dean of the College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Samut Songkhram Campus, welcomed Mr. Supoj Larbpratthana, Senior Advisor to the CEO of Healthland Group and Mr. Witthawat Arunsaengsuree, the coordinator to discuss on the production of personnel in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine, and 150 hours of short-term health massage by following the curriculum criteria and institutions certified by the Department of Health Service Support, Ministry of Public Health.

The Dean said that "there is a massive shortage of Thai Traditional Medicine practitioners and staff in the wellness and healthcare sectors due to the COVID-19 pandemic. As a result, many businesses are closed, and their teams move to work abroad, especially in the Middle East and Scandinavia, where they can earn their salaries. Therefore, it is a great opportunity for the College of Allied Health Sciences to accelerate the production of practitioners in Applied Thai Traditional Medicine and 150 hours of short-term health massage course. Besides, we are now open to Applied Thai Traditional Medicine Program and welcome high school or equal students. Moreover, due to 150 hours of short-term health massage course, we are preparing. In a nutshell, Healthland Group welcomes those graduated practitioners to work in more than 10 branches around Thailand. Thus, for those who are interested, please apply and enroll at our College in Samut Songkhram."
