
On 2 November 2022, at Hadhaveda Room, we had a "Therapeutic Recipes" competition which our third-year students joined. We also had Ms. Sureewan Siladlao, the Head of the Community Public Health Program, and her program instructors as committee members. The competitors would prepare 3 food recipes a day for 10 diseases - cancer, kidney diseases, diabetes, gastroesophageal reflux, hepatitis, gout, bladder stone disease, hyperlipidemia, and hypertension. This activity is a part of Dietotherapy aimed at helping students to comprehend using food for health prevention.
