Alert for Cannabis for medical uses!

Cannabis for medical uses is the talk of the town topic. Even though many pieces of evidence stated that Cannabis has been used for medical treatment since the period of King Rama V, in Thailand, Cannabis has presently remained illegally. However, it sounds alerted that many researchers are interested in ”Cannabis for Medical Uses”.

On 27 January 2019, Assistant Professor Dr. Thavatchai Kamoltham, the Dean of College of Allied Health Sciences at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University was invited by World Medical Hospital and Disciplinary Center for Cancer Treatment to be a co-speaker at the seminar on ”Cannabis for Medical Uses”. This seminar aimed to make an understanding of advantages of Cannabis for Medical Uses and the uses of pain relief in patients with Cancer. In this seminar, more 400 participants were joined and expressed the informative comments related to benefits of Cannabis. The seminar was held completely at floor 22, World Medical Hospital, Nonthaburi.
