Staff from the College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (Samut Songkhram Campus), attended a training session on the new version of the e-Office system, aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and security.
The system integrates secure workflows using "ThaiD" to upgrade the university's document management processes, aligning them with digital technologies and the Thai University Consortium standards. The new e-Office version offers improved functionality in several areas, such as a PKI-based digital signature system, a watermark generation feature, a document editor with standard templates, and a document status notification system. It also enhances access security through Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), complying with Cabinet resolutions and measures set by the National Cyber Security Agency (NCSA) to bolster information system security and mitigate the risk of unauthorized access.
The training aimed to equip staff with the knowledge and understanding of system functions and security settings, enabling them to utilize the new e-Office system accurately, efficiently, and securely, while contributing to the university's transformation into a fully digital organization.
The event was organized by the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, and was conducted in both on-site and online formats.
