On December 15, 2025,

Associate Professor Dr. Somdech Rungsrisawat, Dean of the College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, along with administrators, faculty, and staff from the College of Allied Health Sciences,

participated in a personnel meeting to receive the university's personnel management policy for the 2026 fiscal year.

The purpose was to convey policies, management directions, and foster a shared understanding in systematically and sustainably driving the university towards its common goals.

Associate Professor Dr.Luedech Girdwichai, Chairman of the University Council, delivered a policy speech under the concept of

“Suan Sunandha's New Paradigm: From KPI to OKR,” aiming to enhance the work of personnel by focusing on achieving results in the same direction throughout the organization.

Furthermore, Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of the University, presented the operational direction and new strategic adjustments of the university to accommodate change and enhance readiness for the future.

In addition, there was a special lecture by Assistant Professor Dr. Natthaphat Kaewratanaphat on the topic of “Enhancing Learning Experiences Based on Professional Standards.” To build a quality workforce.”
