Assistant Professor Dr. Peerada Damapong, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, along with Ms. Yaowana Wongthaicharoen, lecturer in Public Health and Health Promotion, College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus,
My project, "Royal Thai Perfumed Lotion," was selected for presentation at the innovation pitching competition within the 8th National and International Rajabhat Research Conference, held under the theme "Research and Innovation for Local and Global Development and Driving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)," at the Sri Wachirachoti Auditorium, Pibulsongkram Rajabhat University, Phitsanulok Province.
The project was notable for its integration of Thai wisdom with modern research processes, developing a prototype product with commercial potential and tangible benefits for the local creative economy. This work aligns with Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure, through knowledge-based innovation; SDG 12: Sustainable Production and Consumption, through responsible value chain product design; and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by leveraging Thai wisdom to create income-generating products for the community.
