Assistant Professor Dr. Jatuporn Ounprasertsuk, a lecturer in the Department of Medical and Public Health Secretary, College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, along with students Ms. Kitiyaporn Duangbut and Ms. Kanchanaporn Buayon.

Attended the 8th Rajabhat Research Conference. Their project, "Product Development from Waste Pomelo Peels," was presented.

This project aims to develop agricultural waste into prototype products that add value and tangibly address the circular economy. This project aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly SDG 12 (Sustainable Production and Consumption), through the efficient utilization of waste resources; SDG 9 (Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure), through the development of innovations for commercialization; and SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), through the creation of career opportunities and income for communities in the value chain.
