Suan Sunandha Joins Senate Forum 2026 to Bridge Research and Legislation, Driving Innovation Toward Practical Application.

Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriviboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated in the opening ceremony of the Senate Forum 2026, "Decoding Thailand's Future through Research and Innovation," organized by the Senate's Research and Development Committee, in collaboration with the Senate Secretariat and research and academic institutions. The forum served as a platform for exchanging knowledge, perspectives, and innovations, and promoted the practical application of research findings to support legislative missions and national development. The event took place at the Parliament Building.

Furthermore, the College of Allied Health Sciences showcased and disseminated research products, including:

1. Product development from discarded pomelo peel.

Research by Associate Professor Dr. Jatuporn Ounprasertsuk.

2. BaO Foot Deodorant Spray, a foot deodorant spray made from pomelo peel essential oil.

Research by Dr. Rungtawan Muangmoon, Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner Orawan Sinpaiboonlert, and Ms. Lanita Phawananon.

In addition, faculty and students from the Applied Thai Traditional Medicine program, College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, also participated. They also provided services to event attendees, such as neck, shoulder, and back massages, along with products from the Thai Traditional Medicine program for sale and dissemination. This aimed to raise awareness about health knowledge and wisdom, as well as promote the application of Thai traditional medicine knowledge in daily life. The event took place at the Emerald Pool area on September 8, 2026, on the 1st floor of the Parliament Building, Bangkok.
