
On Thursday, August 13, 2026, Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Sirivattana Phanwad visited Thavaranukul School in Mueang Samut Songkhram District, Samut Songkhram Province, to inaugurate the school's TO BE NUMBER ONE Club and TO BE NUMBER ONE Peer Counseling Center. This school has implemented the TO BE NUMBER ONE project, initiated by Her Royal Highness, since 2002 to strengthen the mental resilience of youth in protecting themselves from drug abuse. The project empowers members to express themselves in the right way, showcase their potential and abilities according to their aptitudes and interests, and preserve local wisdom in various forms.
On this occasion, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, led by Assistant Professor Dr. Pimporn Thongmuang, Vice President of Samut Songkhram Campus, along with Assistant Professor Dr. Peerada Damapong, Deputy Dean for Student Affairs, College of Allied Health Sciences, faculty members, and student representatives,
brought a team of 100 students to welcome Her Royal Highness, expressing their gratitude for her gracious patronage. We are ready to be a part of supporting the TO BE NUMBER ONE project, which aims to build social immunity and encourage youth to use their free time productively, stay away from drugs, and participate in creating activities that benefit the community and society.
Mr. Chayachai Saeng-in, Governor of Samut Songkhram Province, along with heads of government departments, school administrators, government officials, teachers, students, TO BE NUMBER ONE members, and the general public, were present to welcome His Majesty, amidst an atmosphere of joy and pride.
