Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Hansa Thai Wellness Co., Ltd. to promote cooperation in education, research, academic services, and the development of health and herbal innovations.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Natthaphat Kaewratanaphat, Vice President for Academic Affairs, was assigned by the President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University to represent the university in signing the MOU. Associate Professor Dr. Somdech Rungsrisawat, Dean of the College of Allied Health Sciences, witnessed the signing.

On the side of Hansa Thai Wellness Co., Ltd., Mr. Somboon Chayawichitsilp, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Hansa Thai Wellness Co., Ltd., was the signatory, along with Mr. Sitthanan Seenawat, Manager of Hansa Thai Wellness Khao Yai Hotel, as well as executives, faculty, and representatives from both organizations who witnessed the signing on July 16, 2026.

The main objectives of this cooperation are:

• To promote cooperation in academics, teaching, curriculum development, research, and academic services. • Development of knowledge among personnel from both parties.

• Supporting the development of the potential of personnel and students through professional experience training and co-operative education to prepare them for their careers.

• Jointly developing herbal products and health innovations to enhance knowledge and further develop it for academic and commercial use.

This signing of the Memorandum of Understanding reflects the commitment of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and Hansa Thai Wellness Co., Ltd. to integrate cooperation between higher education institutions and the private sector to jointly develop human resources, research, and innovation in Thai traditional medicine, wellness, and health tourism, leading to the creation of value and sustainability for society in the future.
