Associate Professor Dr. Somdech Rungsrisawat, Dean of the College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus.

Revealed that the Academic Council of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, along with qualified committee members from both inside and outside the university, approved the Emergency Medical Program. They also commended the university's vision in establishing this program to meet societal needs, particularly the aging population requiring caregivers, as well as the increasing number of accidents and disasters requiring emergency medical professionals. Currently, there is a significant shortage of emergency medical personnel; hospitals and related organizations still need tens of thousands more.

“The Emergency Medical Program this academic year will be offered as a short-term certificate course, based on student needs. However, it must first be accredited by the National Institute of Emergency Medical Services and the Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Council.”

Associate Professor Dr. Chutikarn Sriwiboon, President of Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, chaired the meeting.
