The Department of Aesthetic Health Science, Special Program, College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus, held a course on "Exercise for Health and Beauty."
Assistant Professor Dr. Khomkrit Rattanamanee, a lecturer in the Department of Sports Science and Health, and a team of students provided the lecture.
The event also featured Ms. Phattharaphat Phattharasinwirakun, an expert in the Fly Thai Yoga program, who demonstrated yoga exercises.
