Mr. Ananchai Inthirat, Lecturer in the Department of Community Public Health, College of Allied Health Sciences, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Samut Songkhram Campus,

gave a lecture on "Public Health Administration," topic: Budget Management in Health Service Units.

He presented examples of service units in the province, including regional hospitals, community hospitals, subdistrict health promotion hospitals, and community health centers. Group activities were also organized for students to practice analytical thinking and collaboratively design action plans for budget allocation for the simulated health project. Each group of students brainstormed, prioritized, and determined a transparent and efficient budget and resource management approach. This learning experience will enhance practical public health management skills for the future.
