
On March 4, 2024,
Mr. Niwat Songsin, a Lecturer in the Department of Community Public Health, led a team of third-year students from the Community Public Health Department to organize the activity "Health care for working age groups." The primary objective of the activity was to enable students to plan and prepare activities for the proper care of the health of working age groups. The aim was to bring about positive changes in health behavior and promote overall well-being. This activity was part of the course BPH3415, focusing on health care for all age groups.
Within the activity, various engaging lecture topics were covered, including discussions on risk behaviors leading to various diseases in working-age individuals, office syndrome, stress management techniques, nutrition for working-age people, and demonstrations of physical exercises to prevent and address various health issues.
The event was honored by the presence of Ms. Supaporn Prajongjai, Acting Director of Samut Songkhram Campus Office, along with Mr. Eakkachon Noi Ngern, Director of the Central Office, Samut Songkhram Campus Office, and other personnel from Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University. The activity took place from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the 100-seat meeting room, 5th floor, Phadungchiva Building (College of Nursing and Health Building), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Samut Songkhram Campus.
