- Sharing resources of colleges and institutes on campus
- Accelerating the development of the Hyflex teaching and learning model
- Creating a learning ecosystem and a lively atmosphere of higher education
-Providing dormitories to students and follow-up counseling for students who overdue dormitory fees
- Spending resources worthwhile and efficiently, such as hiring personnel, electricity, water, etc.
- Approving, ordering and operating procedures of colleges and institutes to be completed at the campus, taking into account the speed and in accordance with the power that the Acting Vice President has been granted by the President.
