On 13 June 2019 (10.00 AM), Associate Professor Dr. Thavatchai Kamoltham, Dean of College of Allied Health Sciences (AHS), Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University (SSRU), Samut Songkhram Education Center, Dr. Saengsom Sinawat, Head of Department of Public Health along with Professor Dr. Michael Bruce Zimmermann, Head of Human Nutrition Laboratory and Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETH Zurich) delegates from Switzerland attended the First Meeting with Faculty of Sciences and Technology (SCI) in order to extend the academic collaboration between SSRU by SCI and ETH Zurich.

Presently, SSRU by AHS has established the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the Health Sciences and Medical Sciences with foreign institutes around the world which one of all is Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH Zurich) - one of the prestigious institutes of Sciences and Technology of the world. Hence, to extend the collaboration to cover Pure and Applied Sciences, the first meeting with SCI was initiated.

On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Anut Tapinta, Dean of SCI who was a leader of the meeting introduced the distinguished lecturers from departments and expressed an interest whether the academic collaboration can extend to SCI soon. This meeting is an official first meet which was organized at No. 26109 Hall, Fl. 1, Faculty of Sciences and Technology, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in Bangkok. Besides, three organizations took a group photo and shared friendly topics at the end of the meeting.
